Our fundraisers play an important role in helping us support people with learning disabilities – become a fundraiser and you can be sure that the money you raise will help them live the lives they want.
You probably already have a great idea about how to raise money – but here are few more:
Take part in a sponsored event
Get your business involved – via corporate donations, employee fundraising, Gifts in kind and Payroll giving.
Organise your own fundraising event – and check out our An A to Z of Fundraising Ideas before you do
Current Project – The Poplars
We are currently raising funds for The Poplars Improvement Fund that will see a much-needed extension added to the dining room to make it more accessible for all of the visitors to respite.
Fundraising so far has seen:
- Tea Party
- Sponsored Walk (Milton to Histon)
- Regular Coffee Mornings (every Wednesday 11am-1pm)
The Rosewood Sun-Room was officially opened in December 2014 and was made possible by a fundraising campaign launched in 2012 where local businesses, community groups and The Edmund Trust employees, raised over £49,000.
